  • Welcome Heather Hines as a M-Group Principal!

    February 19, 2014

Heather Hines has been an integral part of M-Group's growing presence in the North Bay since she became part of the team four years ago, including serving as Planning Manager for the City of Petaluma for the past two years. This is a very challenging position that requires a multitude of abilities and talents. She has done an amazing job balancing all of the competing demands.

Heather has also led business development efforts to surrounding cities that led to projects and assignments in Santa Rosa, Cotati, Sonoma, and Napa County. She has established M-Group as a firm with a Historic Preservation focus and secured a project with the City of Colma. Heather was also instrumental in bringing a stronger environmental capability to the firm and the staffing of M-Group's Napa office. She is a great team player and has been selfless in her commitment to the firm's success.

Because of all this, she has now become a Principal owner of M-Group. In this new role she will be even more involved in personnel, strategy and business development efforts.

Please join us in congratulating Heather!
